Great news! We can absolutely support you with migrating your existing bookings to Sharesy to take care of all of the admin. We would facilitate this by setting them up on our automated booking system whereby regular hirer’s sessions are scheduled and invoiced on their pre-determined booking frequency of either monthly, termly or all year round.
We support with scheduling, booking, invoicing and general support.
- The first step is to complete our migration template document which consists of the booker’s details, session details and per hour charges etc.
- We would then request that you send an email to all of your bookers to let them know that Sharesy will be booking them in shortly.
- We will then use the information on the migration template document to book them in on our automatic booking system and communicate with the bookers to update them on the progress of their bookings.
- Please note that migrations do have an extended timeline over one off bookings and depending on the amount of hirers to be migrated, it typically takes a number of weeks. This is due to us taking extra care to ensure that all of the sessions are set up correctly and that your hirers are comfortable with how Sharesy works!
Regular hirers also have access to their own Sharesy dashboard where they can see the following:

- Upcoming booked sessions
- Past sessions
- Cancelled sessions
