Yes, the booker receives a full refund if the venue declines the booking at any point. If you decline or cancel the booking, we would issue the refund which the hirer would receive in 3 - 5 working days depending on their bank. If the hirer has not received a refund in this time frame, they should contact their bank directly.
As best practise, we recommend refraining from cancelling a booker’s event within two weeks of the event date, although we understand that this can be unavoidable as last minute emergencies can happen.
