It is possible to change the date/time or update the length of the booking. We'd highly recommend only making these changes if you have already spoken to the booker and confirming the change with them.
Please log in here and locate to the bookings tab, you can search via the booker's email address to edit the related booking.
- Click on the booking and the right hand menu window will open
- Click the "Reschedule" button a the top of the window
- Select the new date and start/end time for the booking
- If desired you can change other booking information such as the space, any adds ons needed etc.
Please note, making changes to the booking can change the price and therefore trigger an alert for the Sharesy team to contact the booker. Only once confirmed will the booker be charged and the booking changed in the system.
