We understand that sometimes you aren't able to accept a booking. Please make sure to provide a response to the booker within 48 hours to avoid disappointment on their side.
When you receive a new booking, you will receive an email with the subject line "Action required - confirm this new booking". There is a section under the "Yes, we can host this booking" button which outlines the steps to either contact the booker or request to cancel the booking.
If you choose to cancel the booking, you will be asked to suggest alternative times or explain why you need to cancel.
If you are using the new Sharesy Dashboard, you can decline/cancel bookings in your browser. Go to the bookings list and locate the booking. Can't see the booking? Make sure you're searching in the "All" or "Unconfirmed" list.
- Click on the booking and the right hand menu window will open
- Select the relevant option in the top right hand corner
