When you receive a new booking, you will receive an email with the subject line "Action required - confirm this new booking". In the email there is a green button with the following text: "Yes, we can host this booking".
After clicking this button, you can enter any custom welcome message you'd like to be emailed to the booker.
To edit or cancel bookings within the Sharesy dashboard, please log in here and locate to the bookings tab.
Can't see the booking? Make sure you're searching in the "All" or "Unconfirmed" list.
- Click on the booking and the right hand menu window will open
- Click the green "Confirm" button a the top of the window
- Enter any custom welcome message you'd like to be emailed to the booker
- The booker will then receive an automated email of this confirmation and the booking is confirmed, they will start sending out invites and planning their final details.
