- Locate the bookings tab
- Search the booker's email on the table
- Click on the booking to see the window that pops up on the right hand side
- Scroll down
- Or, you can scroll across directly on the table after searching the bookers's email on the table
If you'd like to find out more information via email, please follow these instructions:
- Locate the booking confirmation email from help@sharesy.com by searching the booker's email address
- Open the email to read any details that they have included
