Calendar syncs significantly reduce cancellations, saves admin time and helps improve listing page conversion.
To sync your calendar, please follow the below steps:
- Please log in here and locate the calendar tab at the top
- Click the green button in the bottom left hand corner which says "Sync calendar"
- The following page will show you a list of your spaces and an individual link to "Sync calendar" for each space
- Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to sync with your preferred calendar to set up a two-way sync where bookings made on Sharesy will go into your calendar and vice versa.
- To protect any personal information from your calendar, there is an option for calendar blocks to appear as "busy" on our end. This will create a block, preventing anyone from booking during that time slot on the Sharesy website.
Please note, you will need an individual calendar sync for each space.

ChurchDesk
- Please visit this article and follow the instructions for “Subscribe to events for a specific resource or user booked”.
- Please complete steps 1-5 then in step 6, copy the URL. There is no need to insert the link to your own calendar.
- Please log in here and locate the calendar tab at the top
- Click the green button in the bottom left hand corner which says "Sync calendar"
- Click on ''Import an iCalendar feed'' as pictured below
- Paste the URL that you copied from ChurchDesk and follow the remaining instructions so that all bookings in ChurchDesk are synced to Sharesy.
- Please note that it will be a one-way sync only, so when you get a new Sharesy booking you will need to manually enter it in ChurchDesk.
ChurchSuite
- Please visit this article and follow instructions at the bottom for “Subscribing to a feed of bookings for a resource”.
- Once you see a URL, copy this. There is no need to insert the link to your own calendar.
- Please send us a separate URL for each space in your venue.
- After we receive this URL link, we can then set up a sync so all bookings in ChurchSuite are synced to Sharesy.
- Please note that it will be a one-way sync only, so when you get a new Sharesy booking you will need to manually enter it in ChurchSuite.
Check Cherry
- Please follow the first 8 seconds of this video
- Once you see a URL, please copy it and send it to your Sharesy account manager. There is no need to insert the link to your own calendar.
Hallmaster
It is possible to sync to an iCalendar link with Hallmaster, please reach out to your Sharesy account manager for specific instructions.
Fareharbor
It is possible to sync with Hallmaster, please reach out to your Sharesy account manager for specific instructions via this page.
HUBB
- Please follow the instructions in this article.
- Once you have copied the link address, please send it to your Sharesy account manager. There is no need to do step 7 to insert the link to your own calendar.
- Please send us a separate URL for each space in your venue.
- After we receive this URL link, we can then set up a sync so all bookings in HUBB are synced to Sharesy.
- Please note that it will be a one-way sync only, so when you get a new Sharesy booking you will need to manually enter it in HUBB.
Skedda
- Please make sure you have the role “system admin” or “owner”. If you don’t see a cog in the lower left hand corner, the system admin or owner would need to continue with the following steps.
- Please click the cog icon to navigate to settings and scroll down to click “integrations”
- Please locate “Feed to external calendars” and choose one space at a time
- Please copy the link by clicking the clipboard button, and then continue until you’ve successfully made a link for each individual space. Please send it to your Sharesy account manager and remember to specify which space belongs to which link.
- Please send us a separate URL for each space in your venue.
- Please note that it will be a one-way sync only, so when you get a new Sharesy booking you will need to manually enter it in Skedda.
