Typical reasons to add a block in the Sharesy calendar, could be if there are:
Emergency works at the venue, holidays, internal meetings etc.
To add a new block, please follow the below steps:
- Please follow this link to log in to you Sharesy dashboard
- Locate the 'Calendar' tab
- Click on the date and time you'd like to block
- On the right hand side, you will see ''Block off time''
- Enter the date and time you'd like to block
- Select the space(s) you'd like to block
- Enter a "Reason for the block"
- Click "Add block", these will show as grey in your Sharesy calendar
This will immediately block off the availability on the Sharesy calendar on the listing page so it will become un-bookable to customers.
Please note this is not an actual booking, it is just a block, so it will not show up in your bookings.
To edit a block, please follow the steps below:
- Please follow this link to log in to you Sharesy dashboard
- Locate the 'Calendar' tab
- Click on the block on the date and time you'd like to edit
- Click on 'update block'
To delete a block, please follow the steps below:
- Please follow this link to log in to you Sharesy dashboard
- Locate the 'Calendar' tab
- Click on the block on the date and time you'd like to delete
- Click on 'delete block'
