Cancellations due to Covid-19
If you don’t feel safe going ahead with your event because of Covid-19, you can cancel your booking at any time (see "how to cancel your booking" below) and contact us to arrange a refund.
Cancellations not due to Covid-19
For non Covid-related cancellations, these guidelines apply:
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
How to cancel your booking:
- Locate the booking confirmation email
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Cancel" button
- Add an explanation for the cancellation
- Contact us to arrange a refund (where applicable)
