Upon booking your chosen space, you will receive an automated email titled "Sharesy booking pending".
The venue then has 2 working days to confirm or decline their availability to host you. If you haven't heard from them after 2 days, you can contact us.
Once the venue has confirmed your booking, you will receive an automated email titled "Sharesy confirmation".
If the venue declines your booking, you will receive an automated email titled "Booking declined". You'll also find a list of alternative venues included in this email.
