Sharesy's cancellation policy is as follows. Please note, our venues are sometimes able to make exceptions and provide flexibility on refunds where possible.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks in advance of event date will receive a full refund
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the event will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund
- All other cancellations will receive no refund
- At a small number of venues, there are bespoke cancellation policies which will be displayed at checkout
If you'd like to cancel your booking, please follow these instructions:
- Locate the booking confirmation email from help@sharesy.com
- Find and click on the "Cancel" button (this will also show your free cancellation window/date)
- Add an explanation for the cancellation
- Click to initiate the cancellation
