The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made over two weeks in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund.
- Bookings made within two weeks of the hire date will have a 48 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund.
- All other cancellations will receive no refund.
Once your booking is cancelled, you will receive a refund within 3 - 5 working days, this timeline is dependant on your bank.
The reschedule policy is as follows:

- It is free to reschedule to a different date or time at the same venue up to two weeks before the hire date or, if your booking is within two weeks of the hire date, up to 48 hours from the time of booking.
- If there is a price difference you will be refunded or charged as appropriate. If you reschedule to a lower price the venue has the right to reject the request.
A small number of venues have custom cancellation and reschedule terms.
