After you have found your chosen venue, please proceed to the checkout page where you will find the section called ‘Extra information’, you can add the details of what is required in this section. The host will do their best to accommodate if they have the furniture or equipment available although this isn’t guaranteed.
For some venues, there may be an additional charge for this which can be selected after you click the ‘Reserve’ button on the calendar, it will show as ‘’Add extras for your event’’.
In all cases, set up and cleaning time must be completed in the purchased hours and the space must be left how it was found.
