You should have received an email from Sharesy or Stripe notifying you that your account is now blocked for payments.
In this email it should state clearly which information is missing, if it is documentation to verify your identity or business then Sharesy can give some examples of what documentation to provide.
Common missing information includes:
- Business registration - to verify your business, you will need to upload a bank statement (or utility bill) which includes the full address and business name.
- Identity document - to verify that you are a real person, you will need to upload a scan or photo of a photo ID (drivers licence or passport). This information is not provided to Sharesy and is merely for Stripe to remain compliant with financial regulations.
