If there is an issue with your Stripe account, you will have received an automated email from Sharesy or Stripe notifying you that your account is now blocked for payouts.
This email will share which information is missing, we do not have access to your Stripe account so you will need to update this information on your own Stripe account.
Common missing information includes:
- Business registration - to verify your business, you will need to upload a bank statement (or utility bill) which includes the matching full address and business name as per the information on the Stripe account. If the document isn't a match for the information on the Stripe account, you can edit the information on the Stripe account.
- Identity document - you will need to upload a scan or photo of a photo ID (drivers licence or passport). This information is not provided to Sharesy and is merely for Stripe to remain compliant with financial regulations.
