    • Reviews: Do you have any reviews from events that have happened outside of Sharesy, or perhaps from Google reviews that you could share with us to add to your profile?
    • Availability: Do you have weekend slots and some evening slots available? To ensure you are maximising the type of events for your space, afternoons and evening weekend availability are typically popular with one off hirers and evening weekday availability is typically popular with recurring hirers.
    • We welcome section: A review of your ‘We welcome’ section on your profile is recommended as one of our most popular one off events are children’s parties.  
    • Variety of photos: photos are one of the best ways to advertise your space so having a variety of clear photos which best represent your space would be ideal!
      Some options for variety of photos could be as follows:
      • The space empty
      • Different angles of the empty space
      • The space set up for an event perhaps a kids party, baby shower, exercise class, classroom setting etc
    • Pricing: competitive pricing with similar venues in the area is recommended.

    • Do you have a website? Adding a url link of your Sharesy listing page to your website is a great way to let everyone know who visits your website that you are hiring out your space. The most typical location to embed this link within your website would be on your ‘Lettings’ or ‘Hire a space’ page.
