If you'd like to make a change to a session which has already been scheduled, you can do so via the instructions below.
Please note, changing scheduled sessions will not change your the sessions which will be booked in the next scheduling cycle.
If you need to make a change to the start/end times of all your recurring sessions, please contact us.
If you'd like to reschedule your booking via your log in, please follow these instructions:
- To make any changes, please log in or sign up here
- Click reschedule to edit your booking, you can choose to:
- Move rooms within the same venue (subject to availability)
- Edit the duration
- Change the date
- Add add-ons
- Follow the onscreen instructions to update your booking
- Click to confirm the reschedule
If you'd like to reschedule your booking via email, please follow these instructions:
- Locate the booking confirmation email from help@sharesy.com
- Find and click on the "Reschedule to a different date or time" link
- Follow the onscreen instructions to change the date and/or start time
- Click to confirm the reschedule
