For non Covid-related cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 6 weeks in advance will receive a full refund
- Any bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance will have a 48 hour grace period for cancellation with full refund
- Cancellations up to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will receive no refund
To cancel your booking:
- Locate your booking confirmation email
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel"
- Add an explanation for why you cancelled
- Where applicable, contact us so we can process your refund
