Hosts (that's you) have up to 48 working hours to cancel a booking once it has been made. That said, we know things can crop up at the last minute. If this does happen please let us know ASAP and we'll work with you to find a solution for the booker.
To cancel an existing booking, locate it in the portal and click "cancel". It is important to note the Sharesy cancellation policy and where possible, contact the booker directly to let them know.
