Hosts have up to 48 working hours to decline/cancel a booking once it has been made.
That said, we know things can crop up at the last minute. If this does happen please cancel it ASAP and we'll work with you to find a solution for the booker.
You can request a cancellation via the confirmation email you received when the booking way made by following these instructions.
To edit or cancel bookings within the Sharesy dashboard, please log in here and locate to the bookings tab.
Can't see the booking? Make sure you're searching in the "All" list.
- Click on the booking and the right hand menu window will open
- Select the cancel option in the top right hand corner
- Follow the onscreen instructions
