Your schedule and availability can be managed via our online portal.
Accessing and opening the edit menu
- Go to the Availability settings here and login
- If you have more than one space, you should see them listed
- Locate the relevant space and click "Edit Availability/Limits"
- Once you've accessed the edit menu you'll be presented with two sections
Changing your overall availability (e.g. removing Sundays from your availability due to a repeat internal event)

The top calendar shows your overarching or ongoing slots for a week period, i.e. Monday-Sunday. They indicate when your space is available to be booked at an aggregate level

To change your availability at this aggregate level, simply click on the specific day of the week

Make the change to the times or type "Closed" to block the whole day

This change will then be applied across each instance of that day
Changing your availability on a specific day or time (e.g. blocking out a specific date due to an internal clash)

The bottom calendar shows your daily or individual calendar slots/dates

Locate the date you want to edit and click on it

Make the change to the times or type "Closed" to block the whole day

This change will only impact that date, no other days/times
